Step by step
How to rearrange the pages of a PDF
Step 1: Drop a PDF on the box above, or select Choose file. A preview of every page appears.
Step 2: Drag pages to reorder them, and use the buttons under each page to turn it or remove it.
Step 3: Select Save new PDF, then Download PDF.
Everything in one place
Organize PDF combines reordering, rotating and deleting on one screen, so you can tidy a scanned document or a report in a single pass: move the appendix to the end, turn the pages that were scanned sideways, and drop the blank ones.
Each page shows its new position and its original page number, so you always know which page is which. Reset puts every page back as it was. You must keep at least one page.
Using a keyboard
Every page has a move handle. Focus it with Tab, press Space to pick the page up, move it with the arrow keys and press Space again to drop it; Escape cancels. The turn and remove buttons work with Enter or Space, and each change is announced to screen readers.
The new PDF copies the pages as they are: nothing is re-rendered or re-compressed, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality. Links between pages and bookmarks are not carried over.
Private
The previews and the new PDF are made inside your browser tab. Your file is never uploaded.
