Step by step
How to convert PNG to PDF
Step 1: Drop your PNG images on the box above, or select Choose files.
Step 2: Put the images in page order by dragging them or using the arrow buttons, then pick portrait or landscape.
Step 3: Select Create PDF, then Download PDF.
Sharp, with transparency
PNG images go into the PDF without being turned into JPG, so screenshots, charts, logos and line art stay crisp, and transparent areas stay transparent on the white page. This is the main reason to pick PNG to PDF over a tool that flattens everything to a photo-style image.
The PDF can therefore be larger than the same pictures as JPG. If you need a smaller file for email, resize the PNGs first, or run the PDF through Compress PDF.
Page size and order
Every image gets its own page, in the order of the list. Drag the images to reorder them, or use the arrow buttons beside each one. The page size is A4, portrait or landscape, applied to every page, and each image keeps its proportions.
Screenshots and scans
Screenshots are usually PNG, so this is a quick way to turn a few of them into one document: a bug report, a set of receipts or a step-by-step guide. Each image is scaled to fit an A4 page with a half-inch margin and centred, with nothing cropped. Choose landscape for wide screenshots.
Have JPG or WebP images as well? Image to PDF takes all three formats in one PDF.
