Which tool do I need?
Start from what you want to do. These are the most common PDF jobs and the tool that does each one best.
- Combine several PDFs into oneEach file stays whole, in the order you set. Merge up to five at a time.
- Reorder, turn or remove pagesAll three on one screen with page thumbnails, so you can see what you change.
- Send only part of a documentOne file per page range. To keep a few chosen pages in one file, use Extract PDF pages.
- Make a PDF smaller for email or an upload formShrinks the photos and scans inside. Text-only PDFs are usually small already.
- Sign a documentDraw or type your signature and place it. It is a picture of a signature, not a certificate.
- Fill in a formFor PDFs with real fill-in fields. For a scanned form, type over it with Edit PDF.
